This session is your simple guide to letting go of the day's worries and accessing quick
sleep induction techniques. If you're struggling with bedtime anxiety or a racing mind at night,

Let's settle into your bed now. Find the position that feels most soothing. Allow the mattress

to completely support the weight of your body and let your eyes gently close. Let's
slow the rhythm of your body down. Take it deep, calming breath in through your nose
for a count of four and slowly, gently exhale through your mouth for a count of seven.

This long out breath is the signal to your body for deep relaxation for sleep. So in,
through your nose for a count of four and then slowly, mindfully, gently exhale through your

mouth for a count of seven and allow yourself to unwind, to release and once more, breathe
in through your nose for a count of four and then out through your mouth for a count of

seven, relaxing and unwinding. Now, return to your natural breathing. We are going to perform
a final full body scan for sleep. Bring your attention to your feet and notice any residual

tension and with your next out breath, visualize it just floating away, evaporating. Let your
feet feel heavy, limp and ready for rest. Move your awareness now up to your core, your chest,

your shoulders. These areas often hold the unprocessed stress and worry of the day. Imagine
you are softening every muscle, every fiber, releasing all the physical tension. Allow your

body to become incredibly heavy, sinking further and further into the mattress. Focus on your
jaw and the muscles around your eyes. These are the last places to soften. Feel the peaceful

weight of your eyelids. You are safe, you are comfortable, you are ready for deep, restorative
sleep. Allow your thoughts to find balance in harmony within the sanctuary of your mind.

As the body settles, allow your mind to follow. If you have a racing mind at night, acknowledge
the thoughts without engaging. Say to them, "I will deal with you in the morning. Now is

my time for rest." This simple skill is crucial for letting go of the day's worries. Repeat
these soothing phrases to yourself, feeling their truth, sink in. My body is restful and

my mind is quiet. My body is restful and my mind is quiet. I am safe and I am ready to

form a sleep fast. I am safe and I am ready to form a sleep fast. See these words. Imagine

the echo of them flowing through every fiber of your being. Imagine you are floating peacefully
on a tranquil, still lake under a dark, quiet, starlit sky. The water is perfectly calm

and warm. Every gentle wave that passes under you takes a thought, a worry or a fragment
of bedtime anxiety further away. The darkness is comforting, silent and deep. This feeling

of absolute peace is your natural state. Allow yourself to be entirely held by this peaceful
moment. You are doing nothing, going nowhere, just drifting off to a peaceful rest tonight.
