A moment of time, the gift to heal, to reset, to reunite your mind, body and soul in balance,

So as you allow yourself this moment, let your thoughts move from one area of your chest
to another.
Taking note and understanding the shifting nuance between the in and the out breath,

be truly, be aware, mindful of how each in breath happens, where it starts, how your
ribcage rises, expands, the feelings that this elicits.
All of it as if placing your mind deep inside your chest, to be so aware, so connected,

take note of the pause between each in and out breath and then as you breathe out, open
your mind, your awareness to the true beauty, the power of connecting with every exhalation

and that natural sensation of letting go, of unwinding, of pure blissful release, as all
the muscle fibres within and around your chest, they unwind, they lengthen, they loosen,

and you breathe out, the tension, the stress, those moments of self-doubt that hold you
back from your true potential, exhale all the negative thoughts, all the moments of panic,

of sadness, exhale and then relax deeply, safely within the beauty of your thoughts, deeper
and deeper, just you, this intimate connection with every breath, the slow passing of time,

the beat of your heart, and a desire and need to find true balance within acceptance,
self-worth, and to let your courage grow, and as you find this sense of balance, this awakening,

softly as you exhale, yet not having to move your lips, your jaw or your tongue, but to
truly feel them, sense them, so relax, let go of doubt, visualize and repeat, every day
