Hi there and welcome, this is Carming Anxiety, 10 minutes of simple, gentle guided daily meditation

to bring a little harmony and balance to your soul.
I'm your host Martin, as I do always just before we start, if you're new or haven't already,
do subscribe and make this part of your daily mindful journey.
Now it's time to find that quiet place where you won't be disturbed, somewhere relaxing,

to sit or lie down, close your eye and with your beautiful mind, relax and connect with
the rhythmic rise and form of every breath, to truly connect now, to let your mind move from

(01:06):
one part of your chest to another appreciating how the feelings have been flowed with the
rise and form of every breath, how they make you feel, the pressure of your upper back

(01:28):
against the chair or bed on which you rest, or maybe focus around your shoulders as your
rib cage expands rising upward, but then as you breathe out, to take note of how the muscles

(01:49):
feel around your shoulders, how they slump down and you become aware of that sense of relaxation,
of blissful, really, so relax now deeply, calmly allowing yourself to drift ever further down

within the sanctuary of your beautiful mind, breathing out the stress, the negative thoughts
that hold you back, the moments of indecision or panic allow them all to just melt away as you exhale

and drift deeper and deeper and deeper further and further down
and within the beauty of this new connection, this intimate way of feeling every breath

and appreciating the simplicity of inducing a state of calm wherever you are, whenever you need,
simply by focusing on a calm connected out breath

you drift deeply now in a safe state building up your strength, your courage, your ambitions,
but relax further and further deeper and deeper with every out breath with every word I say

feel your breathing let all attention just evaporate from the very surface of your skin
to disappear from thought from memory and leave the monologue within your mind

balance understanding full of self-worth and courage
and within this beautiful moment in your day, in your mind's eye now, imagine these words
as if seeing them bright within your thoughts so that on every out breath

you repeat them softly yet with firmness and intent, feeling them, believing in them
so relax, unwind, visual eye and repeat
my past is now transformed into a bright future

my past is now transformed into a bright future

and continue in allowing yourself to drift deeply safely further and further down into this state

of self-love, of connecting with every breath and with who you are
mind body and soul unified with one purpose to expand your ambitions and awareness
to unleash your true potential no longer held back by the negative words or actions of those around you

my past is now transformed into a bright future
