Now find your quiet place, somewhere where you won't be disturbed for a while, somewhere
comfy to sit or lie down and then simply close your eyes and focus on the sound of my voice,

expanding your awareness to connect with the rhythmic, rise and fall of every breath,
a moment in your day to find and nurture the balance and calm within the sanctuary of

your consciousness.
So feel truly deeply every moment of every breath as if placing your awareness
deep inside the space within your lungs.

To be mindful as you inhale of the shifting sensations within and around your chest,
feel ribcage, the muscles, the surface of your skin, explore it all, taking all the time

you need.
Feel the breath, imagine, feel, connect with the subtle nuance as your chest expands.

Moving your focus, your awareness, form one area to another with no set plan, just open
your thoughts to whatever happens.
To take note of the momentary pause between each in and out breath and then as you exhale

feel that sense of release as if warm summer sunshine was bathing down on you, easing
away the tension, the daily moments of stress, releasing the worry, the negativity, the doubts

and allowing yourself now to truly deeply unwind as if your very consciousness was being
softly cradle as it floats further and further down into a natural, safe, trans-like state.

So feel the in breath, release all your tension with every outbreak and love all that you
are.
Deeper and deeper, further and further down with every word I say, with every beat

of your heart, relax and unwind.
And within this moment of calm contemplation within your own mind's eye, you visualize,

you imagine these wonderful words of love and acceptance with every outbreak, you speak
them softly within your thoughts and you hold them in your heart.
Surrelacks, unwind, imagine and repeat.

And with every repetition and visualization, you truly allow yourself to find balance,

and welcome to a brand new moment where you now are in charge of how you think
