Feel your breathing, be mindful of the sensations in and around your chest with every breath,

to be aware as you inhale of how your ribcage rises, expanding outwards, to draw deep
within every life giving breath, every moment of hope, every ambition and dream.
Feel your lungs with life, and as you exhale, allow yourself now to let go of the mistakes,

the moments of fear or panic, of sadness or regret, allow the darkness to drift away.
Then inhale light, power and positivity, and let the cycle continue, but with every out

breath allow your thoughts now to tune in to the simple beauty of release of unwinding,
and sense the muscles around your shoulders as they feel warm and heavy with every out

breath they almost slump down into the chair or bed, the tension dissipates, and you allow
yourself to relax, to unwind, to find peace and harmony in the monologue of your thoughts.
