Hello there and welcome. This is calming anxiety. Simply 10 minutes of gentle, guided, daily

meditation. A powerful, yet beautiful affirmation to soothe the soul. As always my friend, if you

that quiet place today, somewhere comfy, relaxing, where you can sit or lie down

and then close your eyes. And with your beautiful, powerful imagination,
expand your awareness now and connect to explore and appreciate the beautiful, almost hypnotic rhythm

of the rise and form of every breath and of every word I say to the exclusion of all other sorts.
However, if you find your mind wandering, distracted by day dreams, random thoughts of tasks yet to

be completed, or simply caught by a sound floating in from the outside world, acknowledge these
moments, they are normal but once passed, bring your focus back once more to the rhythm of every breath,

the shifting feelings, the rise, the pause, the fall of your chest, to be mindful now,
of the space deep within your lungs, filling with every moment of positivity, of life, of ambition,

to be aware of the feelings on the surface of your skin, pressing against the clothing you're wearing
as your rib cage expands outwards, rising, the changing sensations around your upper back as it rests

on a chair or bed on which you stay. But now as you allow yourself this moment of release,
of mindful relaxation, allow your thoughts to become aware of the beauty of letting go and unwinding

as you exhale that natural deep sigh that touches the core of your soul on every outpour.
Breathing in and then release and relax as you breathe out, becoming more and more aware now

with every passing out breath of that joy, that beauty of letting go
as if your consciousness now was drifting deeper and deeper and deeper still

with every exhalation, with every word I say, allow the negative thoughts, those moments of panic,
of sadness to simply melt away as you breathe out,

allow them all to disappear from thought from memory and find yourself in a state of balance and peace
within your own soul so that in the beauty of your mind's eye now as you exhale,

you can see these wonderful words of positive change repeating them softly within your thoughts,
feeling them, surrelates, unwind, imagine and repeat,
