I'm Martin and in this session we're going to help you start your day, anxiety free and
energised and find instant calm and clarity.
This is the perfect morning routine for high energy and setting intentions for the day.
We'll use simple techniques to help you prevent morning anxiety and boost your mood and

Take a comfortable seat, perhaps on the edge of your bed or a cushion, sitting upright

Let your eyes gently close or find a soft gaze.
Let's begin with three gentle awakening breaths.
Inhale fully filling your lungs with fresh energy of the morning and exhale completely,
