Also in this episode I talked about the work of Sonja Lyubomirsky’s (a previous guest on the podcast) research on 'savouring' as a happiness boosting strategy, I shared a beautiful moment between my 8 year old and I on our morning walk to his school around discernment, and offered an experience to feel and connect internally from unknown to known, from the dark to light, from what may be hidden to what wants to be revealed.
