Los Recursos Clave en el Business Model Canvas. Continúo con la serie sobre el BMC. Como ya adelanté en el artículo anterior sobre las Actividades Clave, el apartado de Recursos Clave del canvas es un reflejo del primero. Es decir, cada actividad clave debe tener un recurso clave asociado.
Puede haber más de un recurso para cada actividad, pero al menos uno. Recuerda que yo indicaba que las actividades clave eran tangibles, requerían horas de trabajo. Ahora en el apartado de recursos es el momento de ponerlo.
Tanto si se trata de recursos personales, como materiales, software o servicios. La idea de esta columna es que llevar a cabo las actividades tiene unas necesidades que después se traducirán en unos costes. Pero ya llegaremos a los costes, de momento no te preocupes de eso.
