Come già annunciato, ricordiamo che con la settima stagione di Over The Top Rope "Minuti di Recupero" prende una forma tutta nuova giocando un ruolo importante anche per la redazione di The Shield Of Wrestling. Infatti all'interno di questo piccolo spazio, i wrestler avranno l'opportunità di scegliere la loro Top 5 wrestler italiani. La somma di tutti i piazzamenti scelti dai vari ospiti, alla fine della stagione, creerà una Top 5 finale.
