The employee can feel threatened, the job is being minimized, lies are being told, and s/he feels s/he is being pushed out and doesn’t know why.
The employee can get stress issues, psychological injury, and PTSD. They go to Human resource to complain about the incidents and finds out later that human resource does little or nothing. Where does that leave the employee?
