Ryan Osler discusses his loss of his infant daughter, loving someone with a complicated pregnancy, substance use issues, and the stress of being a doctor. He shares how this adversity shaped his journey from a software engineer towards medicine. In this episode, we discuss philosophy around death, relationships, and health.

Dr. Osler graduated in my class at Pacific Northwest University, and is currently in his last year of training in family medicine.
