Trump Declares Abortion Policy, Biden's New Student Loan Bailout, NAIA Says No

Donald Trump declared on Monday that he supports states being able to decide how to handle abortion policy following a Supreme Court ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade. Joe Biden, facing poor polling numbers with young voters, announced another student loan bailout program ahead of the 2024 presidential election. His new plan comes after the U.S. Supreme Court blocked his attempt to do this last year because it was illegal. Lauren Graves, the head of human resources for the District of Columbia’s library system, got fined but probably should have been fired. A Canadian man had two healthy fingers amputated to treat his “body integrity dysphoria.” The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), which governs sports at more than 240 small colleges, announced a new policy on Monday banning trans-identifying male athletes from playing on women’s teams.
