He retired immediately after pinning-on full Colonel due to complications from cancer-related care, and started an international business consulting practice based in St. Louis, MO, called VMax Group. VMax Group’s mission is to teach businesses how to thrive in a complex world by practicing Accountable Leadership and building high-performing teams.
