Although we’ve already done a crash course on EOS in a previous episode, which is short for The Entrepreneurs Operating System first coined by Gino Wickman, I wanted to revisit it with Chris to share his insights, as someone who helped companies implement EOS for over a decade. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, a business without an operating system is like an undisciplined baby. To get a grip on it and make it run for you, not the other way around, you need an operating system. On the show, Chris walks us through each step of the Traction Framework and how to implement it in your own business.
