Weezer Performs "Can't Knock The Hustle" at 2019 NHL Winter Classic: Watch

On New Year's Day, Weezer toughed the cold Indiana winter to perform at the 2019 NHL Winter Classic — the Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins' annual outdoor hockey game at the iconic Notre Dame Stadium. Rivers Cuomo and company were all bundled up in woven hats, scarves, jackets, and sweaters (the players donned festive sweaters too); however, the band unfortunately did not play "Undone (The Sweater Song)." (Opportunity wasted if you ask us.)

Instead, the SoCal rockers treated fans to a live rendition of "Can't Knock The Hustle," the lead single off their upcoming Black Album. Watch the band rock out on a stage shaped as the NHL logo below.

This year is shaping up to be a big one for Weezer. They're gearing up to release The Black Album on March 1st (we can't wait to hear it!) and then hit the road with Pixies for a North American tour. They'll also be heading to the desert to play Coachella alongside Tame Impala, Childish Gambino and Ariana Grande in April.

But before all that, Weezer will be gracing the stage at The Forum in Los Angeles along with Twenty One Pilots, The Killers, Muse, Bishop Briggs, Rise Against, and The Revivalists on January 19th as part of iHeartRadio's 2019 edition of ALTer Ego.
