Niall Horan announced on Thursday (September 26) that he's gearing up to release a new single. He revealed the song is titled "Nice To Meet Ya" and it's coming out next Friday (October 4).
The 26-year-old singer dropped the news via an Instagram clip that teased a few seconds of the song and himself humming. Tbh, this is the song of the century and I haven't even heard it yet. Sorry not sorry.
The single artwork features a black and white photo of Horan looking hot AF in a pair of shades while pointing at the camera and it's safe to say I AM NOT READY FOR THIS! “After nearly 2 years since 'Flicker' i'm ready to go,” he captioned the photo.
He teased the NH2 era a day earlier with a stunning picture of himself strumming a guitar and sending fans into a complete frenzy by just captioning the photo, “it’s time ....” Thank GOODNESS we didn't have to wait that long.
“Nice To Meet Ya” will be our first taste of new music from the former One Direction singer since Flicker was released in 2017. Earlier this month, the "Slow Hands" singer took to Twitter to express how eager he was for fans to hear his new tracks. “Can’t wait for you to hear the fun I’ve been having over the last year,” he wrote.
While fans have been waiting for what seems like ever for new music, Horan has kept us all in the loop during the process and in August posted a photo and a sentimental note to fans from the studio where his first solo album was recorded.
He's yet to confirm a release date for NH2 but it won't be long now!
