Carrie Underwood Is Staying Fit Amid The Coronavirus Pandemic

Carrie Underwood is doing what she can to stay active and healthy amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The country star shared a photo of herself wearing workout clothes from her athletic apparel line, CALIA by Carrie Underwood, in what looks like a workout space in her home. She shared the photos to Instagram on Monday (April 13), along with an inspiring message for her followers.

"💜 #BelieveInYourself #MondayMotivation #ChooseYou @CALIAbyCarrie," she simply wrote in the caption.

Health and fitness has always been a passion of Underwood. Last month, on March 3, the country singer released her new book, FIND YOUR PATH: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life.

The book features stories from Underwood regarding her personal wellness, including details of her fitness routine called Fit52. Additionally, it will cover more personal matters such as pressures that come with Underwood's life in the public eye.

"Fitness and healthy living have been a passion of mine for years,” she told People. "It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle."

Anyone who is interested in trying out Underwood's Fit52 program can do so through the app. The Fit52 app offers a variety of workouts for anyone, from beginners to advanced, who run a busy life. The simple workout routines were created with Underwood's longtime personal trainer, Eve Overland.

For those who are stuck at home due to the coronavirus pandemic, these workouts would be a great way to stay active. The Fit52 workout can be done any time, anywhere in as little as 30 minutes. See more Fit52 details here.
