A man in Texas has gone viral after serving up popcorn in a unique way. Chron reported that TikTok user Oscar Leal recently visited the Corpus Christi Century 16 Theater to see the new Avatar movie. That's when he saw an employee with a name tag that reads "Popcorn Guy" spinning popcorn buckets and ensuring the kernels were all getting their fair share of the butter. He throws up a peace sign at the end of the video, showing his confidence with his craft.
Leal shared the video with the caption, "This was totally awesome!"
The video has already received more than 926,000 likes and 21,000 comments. It's racked up more than 6 million views.
The comments on the video definitely passed the vibe check. One TikTok user commented, "That looks like the best popcorn ever!" Another user wrote, "Forget Salt Bae, we have Butter King."
The video gained so much traction that it caught the attention of actor Henry Winkler. Winkler shared the video on Twitter, writing, "Happy New Year to you Whoever you are."
