Priyanka Chopra Just Responded To Those Meghan Markle Feud Rumors

Are Priyanka Chopra and Meghan Markle still friends? That was the question on everybody's mind after Priyanka skipped out on Meghan's glamorous New York City baby shower a few weeks ago. The speculation only grew more intense when Page Six reported the two women had a falling out after Meghan failed to attend Priyanka's wedding to Nick Jonas back in December.

“Priyanka was crushed,” a source told Page Six. “Their friendship is over unless Meghan apologizes. Priyanka is a huge international star with a tremendous social media following. She is probably more famous worldwide than Meghan is. She feels Meghan didn’t respect her and didn’t respect their friendship.”

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live!, Andy Cohen asked Priyanka if there was any truth to the rumors. The 36-year-old actress was quick to shut down any speculation about a rift between her and her royal bestie. "Oh my god," she said. "No, it’s not true."

Priyanka's response lines up with a recent report from E!, where a source denied that the two leading ladies had a falling out. “All the rumors that Priyanka and Meghan aren’t friends anymore are totally not true,” the source explained. “Priyanka and Meghan are still very close friends, and they talk frequently.”

According to the ource, Meghan "confides in Priyanka about the adjustments she has to make with being a royal. Just because Priyanka didn’t go to the shower or Meghan couldn’t come to her wedding(s) doesn’t mean anything about their friendship. They’re still very close friends, and Meghan considers Priyanka one of her closest confidants.”

So, there you have it. Priyanka and Meghan are still BFFs. Phew!
