Simple Creatures may have just released their debut EP Strange Love a week ago, but Mark Hoppus and Alex Gaskarth like looking toward the future. During their first international show in London Wednesday night (April 3), the Trash Pop duo not only announced the name of their second EP, but also played a song off it.

According to Rock Sound, Gaskarth announced the sophomore EP's title in between songs during their set at The Hangar. "Our second EP is actually called Everything Opposite," he said before treating the crowd to a song called "Nevermind." Though they haven't given us a hint on when we can expect the next batch of songs, Hoppus recently revealed that the follow-up is already done and being mastered.

While we eagerly await more music from Simple Creatures, Hoppus' other band blink-182 is putting the finishing touches on its eighth studio album. Though the band has been pretty hush hush about the details concerning their follow up to 2016's California, drummer Travis Barker recently confirmed the album will come out before their Warped Tour set in June. He and Hoppus have also compared the new material to their 2003 self-titled album, explaining that it's more experimental than their past work.
