Panic! At The Disco has been sitting pretty on top of Billboard's Hot Rock chart for 76 weeks (read: since November 2018), crushing the record set by Imagine Dragons in the process. However, all good things must come to an end, and this week Twenty One Pilots ended P!ATD's historic run with their quarantine-inspired single "Level of Concern."

P!ATD claimed the No. 1 spot with both "High Hopes" for 65 weeks non-consecutively and "Hey Look Ma, I Made It" for 11 weeks. Aside from its astonishing chart stamina, "High Hopes" was certified Platinum by the RIAA (which means it's sold at least a million units, NBD), hit No. 1 across three different radio formats, peaked higher than any of the band's other singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (yes, including "I Write Sins Not Tragedies") and was the last decade's longest leading No. 1 single on the Adult Pop Songs radio airplay chart.

Watch TOP's quarantine-shot "Level of Concern" video below.

TOP's new video has fans questioning if drummer Josh Dun and his fiance Debby Ryan got married. In multiple shots, the drummer appears to be wearing a wedding ring. Dun proposed to Ryan in 2018. Since then, we haven't received any details about their pending nuptials (aside from the marriage advice Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson gave last winter); however, his new accessory leads fans to believe the couple secretly said their vows sometime in the past few months.
