The next YUNGBLUD era is officially upon us!

On Wednesday (July 1), YUNGBLUD completely wiped his Instagram page leaving fans with a single post.

Now a redhead, the β€œWeird!” singer uploaded two new photos sporting bright red locks alongside a photo of a strawberry. Within the caption of the post, Dom wrote, β€œSee you july 7th. tell ya mates. goodnight till then. look after each other. i love you. πŸ–€πŸ“πŸ’„πŸ–€β€

While he usually signs off with just black hearts, the inclusion of a strawberry and lipstick could be a major hint at what's to come. Will it be a new song? An album announcement? A makeup line? We'll just have to wait six more days.

YUNGBLUD has previously revealed the followup to his debut album, 21st Century Liability, would be coming in August but he's yet to reveal a specific date.

It's also good to point out that 21st Century Liability was released July 6, 2018 β€” two years and a day before this year's announcement! July 7 also happens to be National Strawberry Sundae Day, so well-played sir!

In addition to gearing up to give fans some news, the singer recently announced the next installment of his comic book series, YUNGBLUD The Twisted Tales of the Ritalin Club. Issue #2 will be hitting bookshelves on November 3.Β

YUNGBLUD has kept fans in the loop about new music during his quarantine documentary series, Stay Home With: YUNGBLUD. He's even shared a demo of the unreleased song β€œThe Lonely And The Broken.”
