Demi Lovato has allegedly sought legal advice following her dramatic breakup with ex-fiance Max Ehrich.

According to E! News, Lovato, who has yet to publicly address her sudden split from the Young and the Restless actor since calling it quits last month, is now “having all sorts of issues with Max not leaving her alone.”

Apparently, the “Cool for the Summer” star has had an issue with Ehrich’s seemingly aggressive methods of attempting to contact her. As one insider told the outlet, "He has been trying to get in contact with her family and friends and they have all blocked him. She's in contact with lawyers now on what to do."

Anyone who has been following the Lovato-Ehrich breakup saga knows the 28-year-old singer quietly called off her engagement in late-September after she was seen without her engagement ring on her Instagram Stories.

At the time, the former lovers had been having “conflicts” over the past few weeks. One source even claimed that Lovato found it “very hurtful … when she realized that Max's intentions weren't genuine."

To say Ehrich hasn’t been taking the split easy would be an understatement. After claiming he’d only learned about their breakup “through a tabloid,” Ehrich has been “in denial” about all that’s transpired and has “tried to reach out” to his ex-fiancee to talk things out. What’s worse, he recorded an emotional video claiming the “Don’t Forget” musician used him for publicity.

According to TMZ, paparazzi recently caught Ehrich crying and praying at the same beach where he proposed to Lovato in late-July. “I have to let her be,” he told the photogs, saying it’s the “healthiest and safest for both of us.”

While remaining mum on the split, Lovato, who started dating Ehrich in March, has since deleted all traces of her ex across her social media platforms.
