Ryan Hurd shared a short snippet of an unreleased song on social media, and fans are here for it.

The country singer-songwriter posted the clip of “June, July & August” on Instagram on Tuesday (August 17), captioning the post only with: “i love summer. i hope it never ends.” From the brief clip, we know that the song reminisces: “When we were young and drunk by the water/Felt that sunburnt love gettin’ hotter/And that feeling never faded like the tan lines on your skin/I’d do June, July and August 1,000 times again/1,000 times again”

That was enough to pique interest from fans. Some responded to the Instagram post:

“DROP THE ALBUM”
“I love your music. I hope it never stops coming.”
“🔥🔥🔥 gonna need to hear this whole song ASAP 😍”

No word yet on the full song release, but fans can rest assured that Hurd has already seemed to have a successful year so far. He marked his Grand Ole Opry debut in May, along with his wife Maren Morris and their son Hayes. The husband and wife duo performed their duet “Chasing After You,” which released in February, as part of Hurd’s Opry set.
