According to a list compiled by Stacker, the city with the most expensive homes in the entire state is Huntleigh. This area is located outside of St. Louis. The average price of a home in Huntleigh is $2,009,010. Following Huntleigh as the cities with the most expensive homes in Missouri are Village of Loch Lloyd, Ladue, Frontenac, and Westwood.
