Katy Perry & Tyra Banks Smize Together In Hilarious TikTok

Katy Perry and Tyra Banks have joined forces in a hilarious new TikTok. Recently, fans online have been comparing the way the "Teenage Dream" singer messes with contestants on American Idol to Trya's iconic elimination speeches on her reality competition show America's Next Top Model.

The video that started it all features Katy telling one contestant, "And we did not put you in the top 24, you put yourself in that top 24," before adding, "He didn’t put you in there, you did! But as confusing as it seems, you’re going to the top 24!”

"She went to the Tyra banks school of psychological warfare," one TikTok user commented on the video. Well, now Katy has responded to that very comment with a new TikTok featuring Trya Banks!

"I just want to introduce my American Idol mentor," Katy said in the video. "Someone who's taught me everything I know about how to serve, how to give a critique. You know her very well, everyone... It's Tyra," Katy said as Tyra pop into the frame. Tyra went on to say that she wrote red lipstick just for Katy because she knows "that Katy's all about color and pop." Katy then puts the camera closer to their faces and tells Tyra, "So smize then!" The two then smize together before ending the video.

Katy's been having a fun time with fellow celebrities on social media lately thanks to viral videos coming from her judging on American Idol. Last week, she bonded with Kim Kardashian over their "ugly cry face."
