Paris Hilton Calls Out 'Sick People' Criticizing Son Phoenix's Appearance

Paris Hilton is calling out trolls online who have been making fun of her son Phoenix's appearance. After the hotel heiress shared a new photo of her and her son on Instagram last week, the photos have been making the rounds on social media with people cracking jokes about the size of his head.

Most of the comments were about how adorable the 9-month-old looked decked out in Burberry but some people took the opportunity to make jokes and some even shared genuine concern. "Does he have encephalitis? Like what is actually going on I’m not trying to be rude that doesn’t seem normal," one fan commented.

It wasn't until a TikTok user, StephWithDaDeets, shared a video in defense of Hilton and called out the "crazy" comments, that the "Stars Are Blind" singer responded to the hate. According to Page Six, Hilton left a comment on the video writing, " There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.”

The iconic businesswoman surprised fans when she revealed that she had welcomed her first child with husband Carter Reum early this year. The happy couple tied the knot in November 2021 and welcomed Phoenix via surrogate in January. During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday, October 17, Hilton revealed that Phoenix had said his first word. When the late-night host Jimmy Fallon asked whether his first word was "mama," she said, "No, it was 'yas' ... Yas, wonder who he got that from."
