Sofia Richie Gives Birth, Reveals Daughter's Name: 'Best Day Of My Life'

Sofia Richie Grainge is officially a mom!

The 25-year-old model and social media personality has welcomed her first child with husband Elliot Grainge, giving birth to their daughter earlier this week. She took to Instagram on Friday (May 24) to confirm the news and to share the first look at her daughter named Eloise Samantha Grainge, born May 20, 2024, a date that will forever be remembered by Richie as the "best day of my life." In the sweet, tender photo, the new parents can be seen lovingly cradling their little one's feet as they poke out of a blanket.

Richie married her music executive husband in April 2023 and announced that they were expecting their first child together in January 2024, showing off her growing baby bump in a maternity shoot and interview with British Vogue. In the interview, she also shared how she and Grainge surprised their parents, including her father Lionel Richie.

The couple later revealed that they were expecting a daughter in a sweet gender reveal video that featured Richie letting out a "horrifying scream" when she realized she would be having a little girl, which she said in her interview with British Vogue was her "dream in life."
