Yung Miami has officially broken her silence about the sexual assault allegations leveled at Sean "Diddy" Combs.
The former City Girl opened up about the situation for the first time with her best friend Saucy Santana during a special episode of Caresha Please., which dropped on Thursday night, August 8. At one point during their conversation, Santana asked about her experience dating Diddy. Caresha explained that she started dating the music mogul when the world was celebrating him. She also revealed why she didn't speak out when Cassie filed her groundbreaking lawsuit last November. The rapper clarified that she had never seen that side of her ex.
"I can't speak on something that's not my experience," Yung Miami said. "and I can't speak on something I don't know. I can't speak on these allegations because I wasn't around at the time. I don't know that person and that wasn't my experience.
Yung Miami and Diddy first started dating in 2021. They spent more than a year together but never truly put a label on their relationship. The couple eventually grew apart especially after the Bad Boy founder welcomed a new baby girl with Dana Tran in December 2022. Caresha confirmed the couple had officially split last April, which was a few months before Cassie filed her lawsuit.
The "Act Bad" rapper began to shed tears while rehashing everything she was going through when the allegations surfaced including claims that she acted as a sex worker for Diddy. She said not a lot of people called to check on her and felt she was "crucified" by the masses. When asked if she ever went through what Cassie allegedly experienced, Caresha mentioned her own past with domestic violence and emphasized that she would never put herself in that position again.
Elsewhere in their discussion, Yung Miami also elaborates on the City Girls' demise. She told Santana that the duo wasn't "making no money" and weren't working together the way they used to.
