I've been getting into a really solid system combining Rucking + Running in addition to more classic strength and conditioning workouts. I added it up and on average - I'm doing 3.28 "workouts" every day. Keep in mind - this is the combination of Yoga/Mobility, classic workouts, Rucking, Running, and good old fashioned static-stretching.

I recorded this episode immediately after an awesome workout I did out here in the wild that I wanted to share with you all.
