He’s built 250 homes, 3 x 50 unit condo buildings, restaurants, wellness clinics, building a triplex in Belize, and more! While building 240 houses, and 3 50-unit condo buildings he founded a number of restaurants, wellness clinics, and a light manufacturing company.

Currently Mathew is building a 3 story triplex in Belize and coaching investors toward scaling-up their portfolio & considering multi-family.
