Jason VandeBoom, Founder and CEO of ActiveCampaign, joined the podcast this week, where he shared several keys to success on the people side of the business during periods of rapid growth. ActiveCampaign kicked off 2017 with about 80 employees and has since grown to more than 300 employees. During this time, ActiveCampaign has focused on making change easier on employees without slowing down. Some steps the team has taken to build their best team and empower employees include: enabling employees to be involved with career pathing, surveying employees in the process of developing core values and encouraging employees to be advocates for the company's open roles.
