Traditional Version:
1 sugar cube
4 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
Quarter orange slice and cherry muddled together
2 oz bourbon add ice
Modern Version:
1 Demerara sugar cube
4 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
muddle into a paste
2 oz bourbon stir until incorporated
Pour over large clear rock
Twist Version:
1 oz simple syrup we did a brown sugar Demerara sugar mix
4 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
2 oz bourbon
Orange peel expressed over the drink use large clear rock
