Blue Is The New White: Episode #151

Today we get the opportunity to speak with the CEO of the largest residential plumbing company in California. John Akhoian joins us today to talk to us all about how he grew his empire.

John dropped out of high school at 17 years old after his father passed and immediately understood he was no longer going to pursue his father’s dream of coming an attorney. Instead, he jumped right into plumbing to help support a grieving family.

He never looked back. He learned the trade, started a plumbing business, bought a franchise and ran that for 20 years, and then sold that and started what is now known as Rooter Hero Plumbing. Not to mention writing several books along the way.

Listen in as John shares the wisdom he has learned over the years about mindset, work ethic, culture, and of course, business. Make sure you have a pen handy for this one.
