Fiona Fletcher is a Reiki Practitioner and Integrative Trauma Practitioner who combines her background in counseling psychology to offer an integrative approach to healing trauma by reconnecting the mind, body and spirit. Fiona was born a Highly Sensitive Person and Intuitive Empath. She has also recently discovered that she is an Autistic Woman. Similarly to many Highly Sensitive People, Fiona discovered her traits very late in life. Fiona loves using Reiki Energy Healing as her primary modality with Highly Sensitive People, whose nervous systems require an extra gentle approach and care around trauma issues.
