The Kansas House failed to even vote on a STAR bond proposal to fully finance the Chiefs and Royals before their session ended April 30 and there's a pretty understandable reason.  The veto happy Dem governor keeps getting in the way of tax cuts as the state operates at a massive surplus and until cuts are passed, lawmakers don't want to vote on sports teams.  It makes sense.  It's also nearly certain now a special session will be called by the governor as she's the only thing standing in the way of greatness.

Meanwhile, your liberal KCMO mayor Quentin Lucas is calling on Republicans in Jeff City to bail him out and keep the Royals and Chiefs in KC.  Good luck, Q.  He made a pair of idiotic statements on X and he should be thrilled now if the state steps up just to keep the Royals.

The potential designer of a new Arrowhead West Stadium released images and a video and it's by far the most impressive thing we've seen for either team in three years.  The Chiefs have clearly been working on moving to Kansas for awhile and appear ready to move from I-70 and 435 in Missouri to I-70 and 435 in Kansas.

As hundreds of arrests are being made on college campuses of lunatics camping and rioting for Hamas, we're confirming what we already knew.  Most of these thugs are not students at all.

And 100,000 people living in a liberal city secede from the city and form their own government and will be led by conservatives.  Every big city in America should be looking at this.
