Since I was sick last week, and took a break the week prior...I have a lot to say on this week's episode. The first one for 2024!!

I share a couple of my goals this year, and then share with you my best tips on how to set goals AND reach them! 

We get into lifting weights and why you should NOT be scared to lift heavy. I also explan what "toning up" REALLY means. And I touch a little on a few different definitions for cardio as well, just a little extra knowledge for you. 

I give you the secrets to how to make fat loss LAST! This is good, you'll want to listen. 

Then I switch topics again and reminisce about Babysitters Club books. Do you remember them?! I'm reading them again, yes, at 42 years old I'm reading books for middle school age girls. And I love it.

Finally, I tell you a big goal I have for the future of this podcast. You could possibly be involved!

It's a longer one for a solo episode but I hope you get a lot from it.
