Do you ever feel like you overthink to the point where you have already talked yourself out of it? Do you feel like you do research on something and never commit to your plan? You might suffer from analysis paralysis. What is it, you ask? The feeling of being unable to make a decision due to overthinking a problem. This often happens when you're dealing with too many variables and continually researching solutions instead of taking action and making a decision. This could be the main source of not being able to make decisions on your current life's  problem. So if you do suffer we have a couple of tips.

1. Structure your day for the decisions that matter most.
2. Don't try to tackle big decisions in the afternoon.
3. Intentionally limit the amount of information you consume.
4. Set a deadline and hold yourself accountable.
5. Get out of your own head and talk it out with someone else.
6. Approach problems with an iterative mindset.
7. Enjoy living the life you have.

We hope you enjoy this and consider helping out!
