The more I observe the news, the events going on in the world, as well as hear from your life experiences, it feels like the world is only getting more chaotic. And this time of our 20s can feel like chaos as you figuring out what the rest of your life will look like and internally you may feel that lack of peace. So today on the podcast, I wanted to offer my insight on how to live in a chaotic world, the one present around us as well as the one we may experience at home or within our mind. Because chaos is not bad, it’s just unpredictable which our brain tends to not like. But if we can learn to let go of the need to control and remind ourselves that circumstances don’t have to dictate our mood, we can find peace no matter how chaotic it feels.
