Happy Valentine’s Day! I thought we could celebrate and talk about something fun so today we’re talking about having a crush. You’ll hear an embarrassing story about a crush I had, but more importantly, we talk about what it means to have a crush and some of the potential pitfalls that we can fall into. Like we can create a relationship that is all in our head or we can make the real relationship feel less than because it doesn’t have the same excitement so to speak. In our modern world, I think it’s honestly something we struggle with and so I highly encourage you to evaluate with me how you balance these feelings of attraction and keep the crush, but actually do something about it.
