The rule of thirds is a concept I recently learned about from an Olympian, Alexi Pappas, on endurance athlete Rich Roll’s podcast. And I think it might change your life! Today on the podcast, I dive into this concept and what we can do with it when it comes to our lives and our progress towards our dreams and doing hard things. So often we feel the urge to give up because we have a bad day, we think it’ll never work, when in fact the rule of thirds might be coming into play here.
