Going through separation is an emotional journey and there are strategies that can help you go through the process without suffering, without pain whilst setting healthy boundaries that support you loving into the next stage of your life. In this episode we talk openly about some of the struggles and why its important to have a solid support system that can help you develop some strategies that work to go through separation in a more positive way.

Her resilient mindset saw her trek Kokoda in 2012 and walk 860km solo across Spain (The Camino) in June 2019 as he Birthday present to herself, Happy 50th Donna.  

The Resilience Movement was created to help you find the tools and the determination to have the life you deserve helping you discover not only resilience beyond contemplation, it’s about discovering yourself, and developing self love and self worth creating more trust and belief in yourself to thrive in life, lets face it you only have 1 life make it magical.
