In today’s society, so many people are being diagnosed with celiac disease, severe food allergies, or even just food sensitivities, and it’s often difficult to find delicious and healthy alternatives. That is why we were so excited to talk to Adam Hiner and Maddie Hamann, the founders of Live PACHA, about the bread they created to cater to this community, known as the “bread for everybody.”

Adam and Maddie are partners in both business and life and started the companies Live PACHA & Boochcraft from the ground up, on a mission to revolutionize healthy food & beverage products. Boochcraft, an organic hard kombucha label, has taken off in the beverage industry; Live PACHA, a gluten-free, vegan, Paleo, and certified organic bread company is the couple's latest business venture.

Adam and Maddie bring an ethical entrepreneurial approach to the table, as they prioritize environmental protection through Boochcraft and Live PACHA's 1% For The Planet pledge, meaning that 1% of all business sales are donated to environmental conservation and restoration efforts. Furthermore, Hiner and Hamann's businesses emphasize sustainable product packaging and responsible procurement strategies.

In their personal lives, health and wellness mean a lot to Adam and Maddie. Not only are they integral figures in San Diego’s acro-yoga community, but they also model organic and environmentally-conscious ways of life. Ultimately, they keep these important values as the backbone of their business models as well.
