I can honestly say that running has changed my life. Personally, for me, it's so much more than just going for a run. It's a physical, mental and spiritual practice. Today I want to share the power of running and why we need practices and experiences that grow us in all aspects of life.

I also drop some life lessons on the importance of doing the work.
