During his set at the Daytime Stage, Bazzi treated fans to performances of his hits like "Mine" and "Beautiful," in addition to songs like "Soarin," "Gone," "Why," "Star," and "Myself." He even met and hung out with one of his biggest fans backstage.
The Honda Stage platform celebrates determined, breakout artists, and Bazzi is easily one of the biggest breakout stars of 2018. His album, Cosmic, reached certified Gold status, propelled by his hit "Mine." Back in March 2018, Bazzi told iHeartRadio of the song, "'Mine' was a song I made for people. I wanted to take the feeling of love and acceptance that I felt from a special somebody, and I wanted to give that feeling to my fans and my listeners. It's a really sad, insecure world and I wanted to be able to use my ability, and my platform, and my talent to make people feel that acceptance, [and] feel that love. And 'Mine' has really been doing that, so that's been really special for me to see."
Aside from his own music, which has brought him hundreds of thousands of fans (including Taylor Swift, who added "Mine" to her playlist), Bazzi has also helped write songs for other artists, including popular K-Pop group EXO, as well as NCT Dream.
