Rumor has it that Tekashi 6ix9ine believes his whistleblowing ways will be a thing of the past once he’s released from prison. That’s not all: it’s thought the rapper believes, if anything, he’ll just become more famous for snitching.
According to TMZ, insiders close to Tekashi, who took the stand earlier this month against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, are saying the controversial star apparently doesn’t care about the bad rep he’s gotten beyond bars from rappers throwing salt on his street cred for ratting out his former crew. Not to mention, his attempts to take down emcees like Cardi B, Trippie Redd, and Jim Jones — all of whom he alleged were gang members — doesn't quite make matters any better for him, either.
The way the “Gummo” entertainer sees it, per his sources, outspoken detractors like Snoop Dogg, Meek Mill, 21 Savage, The Game, and 50 Cent are merely haters. What’s more, it’s also being said the 23-year-old thinks his testimony will be forgotten, make him more money after serving time, and that his haters are just “jealous” and “threatened” that he’ll surpass them in fame and fortune.
Earlier this week, it was reported 6ix9ine is planning to reject a witness protection program, should he become a free man again. As for what he intends to do if he is released, a source told TMZ the musician is "still itching to make new music, and believes he can pick up where he left off."
