While we've seen Jared Leto on the big screen, the 30 Seconds to Mars lead singer is projected to be back on the small screen for the first time since My So-Called Life in 1994-1995.

On Wednesday (December 16), Deadline reported that Leto is in talks to star in the new Apple TV+ series WeCrashed, which is based on the podcast of the same name. The six-part series podcast is based on the rise and fall of the popular company WeWork — which was valued at $47 billion before its downfall.

According to Deadline, Leto would be portraying WeWork's CEO, Adam Neumann, in the show's lead role.

While the role is still unconfirmed, Leto does have quite a few other projects he's working on. Leto will be starring in the third installment of the TRON franchise — which is reportedly going to continue the story instead of being a complete reboot.

Leto will also star in Sony's Marvel Universe film (and Spider-Man spin-off), Morbius. The first trailer for that was dropped almost a year ago in January 2020. Leto first gave fans a taste of Morbius in March 2019 with a set photo and then again on Instagram one month later of a hoody-clad Morbius staring blankly on a busy city street as people rushed past him.

For all the Thirty Seconds to Mars fans who just can't get enough of seeing him onscreen, Leto will make his directorial debut with the A Day In The Life Of America documentary which is out in just a few short weeks on January 11, 2021.

While we await confirmation of his role in WeCrashed, check out the podcast on iHeartRadio below.
