Vanessa Hudgens Reveals She Wants 'To Elope' With Fiancé Cole Tucker

Vanessa Hudgens recently opened up about how wedding planning is going. During her appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show this Monday, May 8th, Hudgens caught up with host Drew Barrymore and discussed her engagement to Cole Tucker. When asked if the couple was planning a wedding, Hudgens sighed, "Yeah. Trying."

"It's hard. I don't know. Finding a venue is tough," Hudgens said before admitting, "I kind of just want to elope. I really... I'm lost. I don't know." After Drew asked if Tucker had any input on the wedding planning, Hudgens replied, "I mean, he just wants to get married to me. He's like, 'Whatever you want, babe.'"

Earlier in the interview, Barrymore gushed about Vanessa's relationship with Tucker. "He's so nice and he so gets you," she told the High School Musical star. "He's so nice to you and he just appreciates you and he seems to see you for who you really are. And just appreciates you and loves you. Like, that does it for me. That's plenty enough to see."

Hudgens confirmed the engagement after the news broke with a photo of her and the MLB player hugging while she flashes the camera her engagement ring. "YES. We couldn't be happier 🤍," she wrote at the time. A source told TMZ that Tucker got down on one knee at the end of 2022 while they were in Paris over the holidays. The High School Musical star and the MLB player first started dating in 2020 and Hudgends has often been spotted at his games over the past couple of years.
