Does it seem like every month Mike Shinoda's putting out a new album? That's because he is. After launching his Dropped Frames series at the beginning of July, the Linkin Park co-founder is already prepping its third volume. He's been able to churn out these projects so quickly for two reasons: 1) They're all instrumental tracks, and 2) he's been writing songs every day during his Twitch livestream, so he's got plenty of material to work with.

Dropped Frames Vol. 3 is slated to come out on September 18, and as a teaser Shinoda shared the album's first offering, "License to Waltz," which you can listen to below.

Aside from working on his solo Twitch project, Shinoda is also gearing up to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Linkin Park's iconic debut album, Hybrid Theory. The band is releasing a $200 deluxe edition of the album that includes a number of rare and previously unreleased songs. Last month, they shared a previously unreleased demo called "She Couldn't" that Shinoda revealed is one of the earliest demos they recorded when Chester Bennington joined the band.

The Hybrid Theory 20th anniversary edition super deluxe box set comes out on October 9 and can be pre-ordered here.
